Michael Reney joined Dana-Farber in 2015, and is responsible for treasury, accounting, business planning, revenue cycle, payer contracting, decision support, and population management. He also serves as Assistant Treasurer of multiple Dana-Farber entities.
Prior to joining Dana-Farber, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH). Mr. Reney began his career as a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, later serving in various financial leadership roles within Partners Healthcare. He was named Senior Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer for BWHC in 2008.
Mr. Reney holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Bentley College and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and serves on several boards.
